2. HOW SHOULD I SEARCH FOR ITEMS?

You can browse through our online SOCA COLLECTION for the latest items available. Alternatively, under the menu you may click for the CATALOG, SHOP BY TYPE, or SHOP BY VENDOR  tabs to search for your desired item or simply key in the desired item in the search box.

3. HOW DO I BUY MULTIPLE ITEMS?

You can add any number of items to their shopping cart and purchase them at checkout.

4. HOW DO I CHECKOUT ITEMS IN MY CART?

You can access your cart via the  icon at the top right corner of the screen. You can mouse-over the CART icon and click “Checkout Now” in the popup, or the “Go to Checkout” button in the cart page, accessed by clicking the cart icon.

5. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS AND PROVIDERS ARE AVAILABLE?

At SOCA, we aim to keep shipping as cheap and fuss-free as possible. More importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you. We have our logistic and transport to make delivery so WE make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. .

6. HOW AM I CHARGED FOR SHIPPING IF I PURCHASE ITEMS.

As of now, shipping products in local is free! Kindly note that to enjoy the free delivery a minium purchase amount of $120 is required.Otherwise will incur the usual shipping costs of $10.00

7. HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES USUALLY TAKE?

Delivery of items typically takes 2 to 3 working days. In any case, the estimated delivery time will be stated in your order confirmation email.

11. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN BE USED?

SOCA offers a number of payment methods with all the possible ways that you can purchase from us using the payment method you are most comfortable with.

You can easily make payment via the following methods: 


- Cash on Delivery (COD): Allows you full freedom to pay with cash when the courier delivers the parcel to you. Do get some change ready!

- Paypal: The go-to payment platform for online shopping.

- For regular customers with comapny register can issue us a cheque upon receiving of goods.

12. HOW DO I ORDER ITEMS ?

The same way you order products from other ecommerce site. Your cart can hold both all your desire products, and you can check them out at the same time. Just click the Checkout button, and choose your payment method.

14. WHERE CAN I CHECK ON THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order online by going to the Check Order Status page>. You will need your order number which is in the confirmation email we sent via email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

15. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED TO THE SUPPLIER?

When an order has been placed successfully, you will receive an email from us confirming your order, and another one once the item(s) have been shipped.

16. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY SHOPPING CART?

When you submit your cart, we automatically routes it through the proper channels for approval. Once your cart is approved, your order is automatically assigned and distributed to the logistic for order processing. The logistic packed your order and ships the products to you.

17. CAN I CANCEL ITEM THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
